The manifestation of the changes during the first month of pregnancy can be different in different women. However there are some common symptoms and signs which are usual during the first month of pregnancy. Consulting a physician or a doctor can be helpful, to know about the full cycle, so that you can take precautions accordingly. Swollen and tender breasts are common signs of the early pregnancy. You may feel some discomfort. However the pain is no longer there after the first trimester. The body gradually adapts to the new situation and the hormonal changes. Most women complain of tiredness and fatigue during the first month of their pregnancy. It generally results from the stress that is caused as the body tries to cope with the physical changes.
Frequent urination – If you notice yourself needing to go to the bathroom more than usual, it could be a clue that you are pregnant. Though, this is not a very strong sign of pregnancy because frequent urination is a common problem.
A missed period is a major indicator of pregnancy. If a women does not have her period for 15 days after ovulation, this is a sign that she is pregnant. Another early sign of pregnancy is the frequent urge to urinate. Frequently waking up to use the bathroom or going often during the day are indications that you may be pregnant.
Lower Energy Levels: This early symptom of pregnancy most of the time, seems to always mean you are pregnant. The main factor here is correctly determining this sign to the amount of energy level reduced. For example, if it’s dramatic and noticeable and there are no other major changes in your diet or sleep it can be highly related to becoming pregnant.
Heartburn: Indigestion, acidity and heartburn are also early pregnancy symptoms and stay till late stages of pregnancy.
