Very early signs of pregnancy – are there pregnancy signs? Yes, there are signs that indicate very early that you are pregnant. Some women will experience one or two of them, others will have several of the very early signs of pregnancy. Once you have conceived, it will take about a week for the fertilized egg to implant in the uterus. As implantation happens, it’s now possible to experience one or more of the 10 pregnancy signs and begin to know you are pregnant. Every woman experiences pregnancy in varied ways. It means that early signs of pregnancy would vary from woman to woman. Symptoms of pregnancy could vary when it gets to duration and intensity. Quite a few of them might not experience any early signs of pregnancy in any way.

First, you may notice that your breasts are very tender. Many women experience tender breasts and associate it with PMS, but raging hormones also cause this when you first become pregnant. The breasts may not be tender, but they may be a bit swollen in the first hours and days after conception. From the moment you become pregnant your body is preparing itself for the development and birth of your child.

On many Chinese films or TV plays, you can often times see a women hunching over a sink and covering her mouth with her hand. Then the audience would know that she is pregnant. However, when you eat something that is disgusting or if you are carsick, you will feel like to throw up, too. The difference is that the morning sickness to pregnant women happens more frequently.

Increase in frequency of urination may also indicate pregnancy. This increase occurs after the embryo has implanted in the womb and the hormone production of “human chorionic gonadotropin’”(HCG) commences. This should settle after the first trimester, but the need to urinate will increase again as the baby becomes larger and pressure is put on the bladder.

Fatigue is a common complaint, with high levels of the hormone progesterone making your feel tired.

Cravings for particular foods can indicate a pregnancy, but can also be experienced by some women pre-menstrually. Cravings can also be psychological, or indicate that a particular nutrient is lacking in your diet.
